This book in the series introduces the beginner to the world of music scores. Questions set are at a very simple level with answers available at the back of the book. There is also plenty of reference material in the front part of the book. The music scores have been carefully selected to represent the characteristic style of each period in music and to provide an easy-to-follow progress and development of Western Classical Music from 1600-1920s.
